By choosing Praadha for your event planning needs, you agree to adhere to our terms and conditions. When you book an event with us, a deposit is required to secure your date, which is non-refundable to cover initial planning efforts. Full payment must be completed 10 days before the event. Failure to make timely payments may result in the cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of any deposits paid. Should any changes to the event be necessary, they must be communicated in writing at least 3 days prior to the event. Please note that additional charges may apply for changes depending on their nature. Praadha reserves the right to make minor adjustments to the event plan to ensure the best possible outcome. Our terms are designed to protect both parties and ensure a smooth, successful event, aligning with our commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Privacy
At Praadha, your privacy is of utmost importance to us. We are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us during your interactions, whether it's booking an event, making a payment, or simply inquiring about our services. We collect only the necessary information, such as your name, contact details, and payment information, to manage your event and ensure everything runs smoothly. We implement strong security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your data during transmission and storage. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your details with trusted partners, such as payment processors and event vendors, to facilitate the services we offer. You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time. Your trust is important to us, and we strive to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data.
Refunds/Cancellations
Praadha understands that sometimes plans change, and we aim to provide a fair and clear refund and cancellation policy. If you need to cancel your event, please notify us as soon as possible. All deposits made at the time of booking are non-refundable, as they cover the initial planning and coordination efforts. If the cancellation occurs 7 days or more before the event, you may be eligible for a partial refund of the remaining balance, minus the deposit. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to a 30% cancellation fee, and no refunds will be issued after this period. For ticketed events, please note that all tickets are non-cancellable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. If Praadha needs to cancel the event for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days and credited to the original payment method. Our policy ensures clarity and fairness, balancing client needs with our service commitments.
